Overview
The Billing & Subscription page lets you manage everything related to your PromptAsCode subscription. View your current plan, track API usage, manage payment methods, and access your billing history.

Accessing Billing
- 1Log In - Ensure you're logged into your PromptAsCode account.
- 2Open Sidebar - The sidebar appears on the left when you're logged in.
- 3Find Account Section - Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar.
- 4Click 'Billing' - Click the Billing link to open subscription management.

View your active subscription details:
Plan Name
Shows your current subscription tier (e.g., Free, Pro, Enterprise). Each tier has different features and limits.
Status Badge
Indicates if your subscription is active, past due, or cancelled.
Next Billing Date
For paid plans, shows when your next payment will be processed.
Usage Tracking
Monitor your API usage and stay within your plan limits:
Usage Metrics
API Calls
Number of API calls used this billing period vs your limit. A progress bar shows your consumption percentage.
Total API Calls
Cumulative count of all API calls made this month.
Tokens Used
Total tokens processed across all API calls.
Cost This Month
Your current spend based on usage (for usage-based plans).
Usage Warning
Payment Methods
Manage how you pay for PromptAsCode:
Free Plan Users
No payment method required. You can use PromptAsCode with the free tier limits without entering any payment information.
Paid Plan Users
Your credit card is shown with the last 4 digits. You can update your payment method or add a new card through the billing portal.
Updating Payment Method
- Click "Manage Billing" or "Update"
- You'll be redirected to our secure payment portal
- Enter your new card details
- Save changes and return to PromptAsCode
Billing History
Access your past invoices and receipts:
What's Available
- Invoice date and amount
- Payment status (paid, pending, failed)
- Download invoices as PDF
- View itemized charges
Note
Upgrading Your Plan
- 1Click 'Upgrade Plan' - From the billing page, click the Upgrade Plan button.
- 2Compare Plans - You'll be taken to the pricing page to compare available plans.
- 3Select New Plan - Choose the plan that best fits your needs.
- 4Complete Payment - Enter payment details if needed and confirm your upgrade.
- 5Start Using New Features - Your new limits and features are available immediately.
